Graduated from the Department of Geophysical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Istanbul University in 2005.

After running his family business in tourism sector following graduation, he stepped into real estate valuation market in 2008.

​

Having gained experience in various rolles in different valuation firms, he established Galata Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Services Inc. in 2013.

​

He has extensive experience in real estate valuation, particularly in:

• Reporting for banks and financial institutions,

• Collateral valuation,

• Portfolio valuation,

• Tailored valuation studies for corporate clients.
   

In addition, he has been serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Turkish Appraisers Association (TDUB) for two consecutive terms as of 2025.

Started his professional career in Afghanistan, working as a Technical Office Engineer at a road construction site, and entered the real estate valuation market in 2006.

​

After serving in various positions at different valuation firms, he established Galata Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Services Inc. in 2013, and since then has been contributing to the growth and corporate development of the company.

In addition to real estate valuation, he has expertise and experience in:

• Highest and Best Use analyses,

• Feasibility studies,

• Project development,

• Consultancy services related to investment decision-making processes.

Before completing his military service, Yasin Göncü began his professional career as an Assistant Valuation Specialist at a valuation firm.

Served in various positions at different valuation companies, including Valuation Specialist, Controller, and Head of the Appraisal Department.

​

Throughout this period, he played an active role in the valuation, development, and feasibility studies of numerous qualified properties. He also gained strong experience in team management, personnel recruitment and training, and workflow organization.

​

With his disciplined work ethic and leadership skills, Göncü continues his career as a Manager at our company, contributing to corporate development, the enhancement of quality standards, and the implementation of customer-oriented solutions.

Fatma Koç Kesen, who graduated from the Department of Economics at Sakarya University in 2007, started her professional career as an Assistant Real Estate Valuation Specialist.

​

Worked at the same company for approximately seven years, during which she held the titles of Assistant Specialist, Valuation Specialist, and Responsible Valuation Specialist.

​

In July 2015, she joined Burgan Financial Leasing Inc. as a Manager. After gaining nearly nine years of experience in real estate valuation, development, and feasibility studies, she started working at our company as a Manager in July 2017.

​

Actively takes part in the planning and management of workflows and develops tailored solutions for projects of various scales.

With her experience in team management, personnel selection, and training, she continues to contribute to the efficiency of internal processes and the organizational development of the company.
