Project valuation studies are based on identifying the property and determining the parameters that influence it through comprehensive regional analyses. The findings and calculations obtained reveal the property’s highest and best use and provide guidance in determining the most appropriate option among the alternatives.
Within our company, machinery, equipment, and installations subject to valuation are assessed and reported by our team of engineers specialized in machinery valuation, in accordance with international valuation methods and reporting standards.
As the Members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and Disciplinary Committee of the Turkish Appraisers Association (TDUB), we made our first official visit to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Presidency.
Our Managing Partner and TDUB Supervisory Board Member, Özgür Nehir, also took part in the meeting.
