On 13 December 2013, the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB), in accordance with Communiqué No. VIII-35, resolved to include our company in the official list of valuation companies authorized to provide appraisal services.

BDDK

On 5 June 2014, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) authorized our company to provide real estate valuation services to banks and financial institutions.

TDUB

The Turkish Appraisers Association (TDUB) is a self-regulatory professional body with public legal status, established pursuant to Article 76 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362.

Our company is a registered member of TDUB as a corporate valuation firm.

Lidebir

Our company is a member of the Licensed Valuation Companies Association (LİDEBİR), an organization formed by real estate valuation companies listed by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB).
