Özgür NEHİR

He graduated from the Department of Geophysical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Istanbul University in 2005.

​

Following his graduation, he joined his family business and entered the real estate valuation sector in 2008. After gaining experience in various positions at different valuation firms, he became one of the founders of Galata Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Dan. Hiz. A.Ş. in 2013.

​

He has developed expertise particularly in:

• Valuation reporting for banks and financial institutions

• Collateral valuation studies

• Portfolio valuation services

• Valuation and consultancy services tailored for corporate clients

​

In addition to his professional work, he served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Turkish Appraisers Association (TDUB) during its 6th and 7th terms, contributing to the development of professional standards and the strengthening of the sector’s institutional framework.

Volkan YEDİKARDAŞLAR

He graduated from the Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 2005.

​

He began his professional career as a Technical Office Engineer at a road construction project in Afghanistan, and entered the real estate valuation sector in 2006.

After holding various roles at different valuation firms, he became one of the founders of Galata Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Dan. Hiz. A.Ş. in 2013.

Since its establishment, he has actively contributed to the company’s growth, institutional development and the expansion of its areas of expertise.

In addition to real estate valuation services, he has developed expertise particularly in:

• Highest and Best Use Analysis

• Feasibility Studies

• Project Development

• Advisory services for investment decision processes

​

He also serves as an instructor within the SPL licensing program, contributing to the development of qualified professionals in the valuation sector by sharing his knowledge and experience. In addition, he lectures on real estate valuation at universities, strengthening the connection between academia and the industry.

​

With his strategic perspective, field experience and educational background, he provides independent, impartial and reliable solutions for investors and stakeholders.

Faruk Onur SOLAK

He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University in 2005.

​

After graduation, he entered the real estate valuation sector in 2007. Over the years, he gained comprehensive professional experience by serving in various roles including contracted valuation expert, in-house valuation expert, reviewer and managerial positions. Following his experience at different valuation firms, he joined Galata Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Dan. Hiz. A.Ş. in 2026 as General Manager and Managing Partner.

He has developed particular expertise in:

• Valuation reporting for banks and financial institutions

• Collateral valuation studies

• Portfolio valuation services

• Valuation and consultancy services for corporate clients

In addition to his professional work, he serves as a Board Member of the Turkish Appraisers Association (TDUB) during its 7th term and the currently ongoing 8th term, actively contributing to the development of professional standards and the strengthening of the sector’s institutional structure.

Fatma KOÇ KESEN

He graduated from the Department of Economics at Sakarya University in 2007.

​

He began his professional career as an Assistant Real Estate Valuation Specialist and worked at the same institution for nearly seven years, during which he held the titles of Assistant Specialist, Real Estate Valuation Expert and Responsible Valuation Expert.

​

In July 2015, he joined Burgan Leasing (Burgan Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.) as a Manager. After gaining approximately nine years of experience in valuation, development and feasibility studies within the real estate sector, he joined Galata Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Dan. Hiz. A.Ş. as a Manager in July 2017.

He currently plays an active role in planning and managing operational workflows, developing effective solutions for projects of various scales.

​

As of 2026, he has been appointed Project Department Manager, responsible for the strategic planning of valuation operations, team coordination and corporate performance management within the project department.

​

In addition to real estate valuation, he has expertise in:

• Planning and management of operational processes

• Corporate efficiency and organizational development

Yasin GÖNCÜ

Yasin Göncü began his professional career as an Assistant Valuation Expert at a valuation firm before completing his military service.

​

Over the following years, he held various positions at different valuation firms, including Valuation Expert, Controller and Head of the Appraisal Department.

​

He joined Galata Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Dan. Hiz. A.Ş. in 2015, where he has played an active role in the valuation, development and feasibility studies of numerous specialized real estate assets. During this period, he has also gained significant experience in team management, personnel recruitment and training, as well as the planning and organization of operational workflows.

​

With his disciplined work ethic and leadership skills, he has continued to advance his career and, as of 2026, has been appointed Valuation Department Manager. In this role, he continues to contribute to the company’s corporate development, enhancement of quality standards and delivery of client-focused solutions.

​
